The main wine that was tasted and talked about on the wine feature was the:-
Tilimuqui Single Vineyard Torrontes.
This is a Crisp, freash, Faitrade wine from the South American country of Argentina, this wine produced from what is believed to be a indigenous grape called Torrontes. Which produces a wine with hints of citrus and a crispness in the mouth.
This wine is priced at £6.99 a 75cl bottle. If you take advantage of the current offer of 25% off of 6 bottles at Waitrose you can really get a good deal here.
Another wine that I found at Waitrose was the:-
Trivento Viognier
This grape does very well in New World vineyards and produces a lively wine in which Peach and Apricot are prominent with a touch of herbs.
This wine is also priced at £6.99 a 75cl bottle. If you take advantage of the current offer of 25% off of 6 bottles at Waitrose you can really get a good deal here.

Wine of the Week
Today on the MTbottle wine feature on The Bay 102.8 we travelled to Spain to sample the delights of a Spanish White Wine form the Torres stable.
The wine was a 2010 Vina Sol which is a young zesty white wine from Catalunya.
Retailing Between £5.99 to £7.99 at most high street outlets.
This is an excellent aperitif and is also great to have with rice dishes, fish and other seafood. It will also go well with a fresh feta salad with some fresh sardines.
Serve chilled at around 10C
This wine has notes of ripe fruits and flowers combined with a hint of citrus.
The grape used in the creation of this wine is the Parellada which is also used in Cava
